Book early for Spring Conference - York, 11-13 March 2015

6 Dec 2015

Spring Conference in York will be another historic event: the first Conference at which ANY member of the Liberal Democrats can vote in every debates.

The Bournemouth Conference had an all-time record turnout, and Bournemouth just about managed to cope with our Conference representatives - but that was under the old rules, with only Conference representatives able to vote, and Bournemouth is a major seaside resort with hundreds of guest houses and hotels.

We just don't know how many more members will turn up now that, for the first time ever, any member can vote at Conference.

York has far fewer places to stay, and the best value rooms in every price range are already being grabbed by the early birds. The longer you wait, the harder it will be to find the right room at the right price.

We're planning to submit a motion for debate at Conference, and if it's selected for debate your vote could help to make it party policy - just one reason why we'd really like you to be able to come.

So whether you fancy sharing a hostel room or taking out a suite at the grandest hotel in town, now's the time to sort out your room booking.

And until 18th December you can also save up to £33 by registering for Conference at the special Early Bird prices: £55 for most of us, £35 for Conference first timers and £16 for students, pensioners etc.

York Conference starts at 3pm on Friday 11th March, with consultative sessions, the debates and speeches running from Saturday morning to Sunday morning and everything wrapping up around 1pm on Sunday 13th after Tim's big speech.

Plus loads of training sessions, exhibition stands and fringe meetings (including ours), as usual.

You can register, find out more about Conference and check out the official room bookings website, all at http://www.libdems.org.uk/spring_conference .

See you there!
