AGM report: Your new(-ish) committee and constitution

At a packed AGM on September 20th, your new committee was elected, with a healthy injection of members joining the committee for the first time.

Since then, we've brought on board another two members and promoted one, so the line-up is now:

* CHAIR: Toby Keynes

* VICE-CHAIR: Vera Head

* SECRETARY: Kay Kirkham

* TREASURER: Arnie Gibbons

* MEMBERSHIP SECRETARY: Martin Doyle (new to the committee)

* plus committee members Sarah Brown (new), Jim Forrest (new), Gary McLelland, Sue Vincent and John White

Our Vice Presidents for 2015/16 are Evan Harris, Julian Huppert, Mike Quinton and Dick Taverne.

All the items of business were passed unanimously, including the changes to our constitution.

The new committee is already hard at work on what looks like being another busy year for HSLD - more news soon.
